Sono lenticchie di piccolo calibro e di diverso colore (quindi variegate). Hanno buccia sottile, un sapore molto spiccato e grande facilit\u00e0 di cottura. Tra i vari legumi, le lenticchie risultano tra le pi\u00f9 digeribili con un buon contenuto di proteine e soprattuto di ferro.<\/p>\n
Possono essere utilizzate:
